**Applicants must be under 35 years of age and are required to have an abstract submitted and accepted for the Congress (please note copy of passport or other government-issues ID must be uploaded during online Registration)
***The official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to registration) must be uploaded during the registration.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If not received in time, the latter fee will be automatically applied. Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

Book your lunch box online through the Conference Portal for a single day or every day of your congress. The lunch comes wrapped in paper bag including a sandwich/wrap/baguette, bowl of salad, piece of fruit and a bottle of water. Special diets catered for including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. with specification available through the online system. We recommend to book online before 9 July. Price per lunchbox 12 EUR, VAT inclusive.

  • Complimentary public transportation ticket valid from Monday to Friday


The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.


Each participant will receive the registration overview and email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.


All fees are to be paid in EUR (€); please note that bank charges have to be paid by the delegate.

By Bank Transfer

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by registration number and participant’s full name included in payment details.
The payment by bank transfer is available until 9 July 2018 (credit/debit card payment only after this date).

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

All online payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 20 EUR fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration:

Until 26 April 2018 – 50 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds. From 27 April 2018 until 22 June 2018 50% of the fee will be refunded.

From 22 June 2018 no refund can be processed.

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items:

Until 22 June 2018 – 20 EUR – administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds.
From 9 July 2018 – no refund can be processed.

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with unique email address.
When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the event be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
