Mindfullness Sessions

Focus on mind – daily program before and after scientific sessions.
Complimentary admission to all planned sessions; to help smooth organization, please make sure to let us know you are coming.
Sign up online through the Conference Portal or contact the congress secretariat to book you in!
You will receive detailed information on meeting point/location one week prior to congress.


Morning run

Tue – Fri, daily 06:15 - 07:00
Join your fellow runner for an open jogging each congress day; different route each day (Vyšehrad, along Vltava river bank, Kavčí hory).
No competition, just a jog! Approx. 5 km circuit led by local hobby runners, starting from and returning to the Prague Congress Centre.

Morning yoga

Tue – Fri, daily 06:45 - 07:30
Move your body - sessions focused on yoga and other mindful movement. Open to all levels and abilities.
Sessions will include guided physical postures, breathing and relaxation exercises. Space will be limited and first-come first-serve, so please come early to save your spot.
Matts to be provided by organizers.

Mindfulness session

Tue – Fri, daily 18:30 - 19:00
Calm your mind - mindfulness sessions to relax the body and mind. Open to all levels.
Sessions will include guided practices focused on various topics related to the awareness of body, mind, and feelings.
